Technically, yes - you can add an anonymous collection to works and that should keep the work anonymous after creator reveals. I don't have any objections to that. It's perfectly normal, and please feel free.
But just be aware that I will be able to see who posted every work in the collection unless it's orphaned, and there are cases where even orphaning won't remove your name completely. The maintainer of the anonymous collection will also have access to your username.
I have absolutely no intention of sharing that information, of course! But if it's important to you that absolutely no one can tell who posted a work, please bear that in mind. You might be better off creating a sock account at that point.
