2020 Beta Volunteer Post

smut4smutmodComment on this post if you're willing to offer beta services for S4S participants! Volunteers are welcome whether or not you're signed up for S4S, and whether you're able to offer feedback on fic or art.

Other places to seek a beta include Yuletide Discord, a server mostly about Yuletide but with channels for some other exchanges (https://discord.gg/49NXABD) - contact someone with the "Hippo" role, and they can convey the specific request to the rest of the chatroom.
You can also try Exchanges After Dark, a general exchanges server (https://discord.gg/7VSEuV9), as long as you keep your request vague and general - they don't have an anonymous beta-finding service. For example, you would ask "Can anyone beta 5k m/m with sketchy power dynamics, DM me for specifics" rather than specifying fandom, exact kinks, etc.
Please include the following in your comment:
- Your AO3 name
- Contact information
- Types of feedback you're offering (SPAG, expertise on specific topics, fic or art feedback, brainstorming, etc)
- Fandoms you can give fandom-specific feedback on
- Anything you're unwilling to look at (archive warnings, specific kinks, etc)
- Timeframe you're available (X number of days before reveals, any time but X week, etc)
