The other commenter is correct! The tagset is just what's available to be requested/offered and there is no guarantee (in fact, it is highly unlikely) that all nominated fandoms will be requested.
Note that until sign-ups close, it's possible for people to delete or edit their requests so I would double-check after sign-ups have closed to ensure the request is still there and doesn't have any new added details.
